Acceptable use policy
Draft of 3 October 2026.
This policy is part of our terms of service. You may not use UsherStats, or let anyone use it through your account:
- on a website you do not own or are not authorised to measure or protect;
- to try to identify individual visitors, to combine UsherStats data with other data to do so, or to send personal data (names, email addresses, account ids) in paths, events or labels;
- on sites that are unlawful, or that host malware, phishing or material that exploits children;
- to send false traffic, to inflate or distort another customer's numbers, or to test UsherStats' own protection without our written agreement;
- to put an origin you do not control behind proxy mode, or to use proxy mode to hide the source of abusive traffic;
- to overload, probe or circumvent the service's limits, or to read another customer's data;
- to resell the service as your own without our agreement.
We may suspend a site, a token or an account that breaks this policy, with notice where we reasonably can. Report abuse to ops@usherstats.com.
